Food and Nutrition are part of my identity.
After getting a Masters in Nutrition, my goal was to spread health awareness. I have worked in Community Centers and Colleges and have had a positive impact on children and adolescents by teaching them about healthy choices.
Having Breast Cancer in 2003, made me realize that there was more than just Nutrition and I decided to get my RYT in Yoga. Wholesome food and breathing and movement got me through chemotherapy.
This is blog is all about my passion which is healthy food and staying well.I love baking and cooking Pakistani/Indian vegetables. I love figuring out recipes for incorporating more varieties of vegetables in my diet.
All the recipes and advice on this blog are through my own personal experiences.
